Lindsey Worth is a leader in technology assisted review (“TAR”) and eDiscovery process development. As Chief Services Officer at Redgrave Data, she is responsible for the delivery of professional services, such as consulting, project management, process improvement, and vendor management. Lindsey and her team also identify tasks and processes that are candidates for automation or could benefit from the development of new tools. 

Lindsey has extensive experience overseeing the development and management of eDiscovery technologists, including creating project management frameworks, skills assessments, competency frameworks, departmental restructuring plans, and defensibility assessments. She has overseen hundreds of TAR projects, negotiated protocols with opposing counsel and the government, and defended a TAR process for a large corporate client in deposition and affidavits, as well as court mediation.

Prior to joining Redgrave Data, Lindsey served as the Senior Manager, Americas, for Advanced Client Data Solutions at Hogan Lovells, where she managed a team of technologists. She also has served in senior management and consulting roles at data analytics and discovery solutions companies. A former litigator, Lindsey specialized in health care fraud before leaving legal practice.

Lindsey received her A.B., summa cum laude, from Harvard College and her J.D. from Yale Law School. She also received an honours B.A. from Oxford University, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. She is licensed to practice law in California.*
