Phil is a skilled eDiscovery professional with over 15 years of experience developing targeted advice and solutions for clients. His extensive knowledge surrounding eDiscovery and data solutions allows him to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Phil's work portfolio includes designing and implementing custom eDiscovery workflows, consulting on the use, validation, and defensibility of technology assisted review (“TAR”), and advising clients on industry standards and best practices for electronically stored information (“ESI”) protocols. As Senior Project Manager at Redgrave Data, Phil oversees a variety of TAR, analytics, and litigation support projects with an emphasis on the integration of advanced technologies. He works with the team, clients, and provider partners to ensure that projects remain defensible, on schedule, and within budget. Phil's exceptional client service and effective communication generate goodwill and ensure client satisfaction throughout engagements.
Prior to joining Redgrave Data, Phil was a Technology and Analytics Advisor at Hogan Lovells and a Senior Project Manager at OpenText Corporation. His experience also includes project management and litigation support roles at various technology organizations.
Phil received his B.S. from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business. He is fluent in Spanish, and during college, Phil studied abroad in Spain.
