Scott Culbertson uses innovative thinking and proven strategy to bring legal technology and business value to organizations. With 18 years of experience focusing on legal technology solutions for the management of discovery and investigations, Scott has become an industry leader in building efficient and effective eDiscovery and managed service programs.

In his role at Redgrave Data, Scott focuses on identifying, building, and optimizing the group’s overall business strategy. His work includes determining approaches and processes relevant and necessary to support a strong foundation for Redgrave Data’s services and solutions. Scott’s depth of experience concerning data and analytics allows him to creatively mine and nurture information and intelligence to achieve both short-term and long-term goals for the Redgrave Data team and their clients.

Scott is an accomplished professional, having received the industry distinctions of Relativity Certified Administrator, analytics expert certifications, and CEDS (Certified eDiscovery Specialist). Working within a focused framework of analytics, technology assisted review (“TAR”), and continuous active learning, Scott has made significant contributions in a variety of eDiscovery related roles, ranging from project management to director of client services to solution architect. Scott has served as an expert witness and has testified in several court hearings regarding eDiscovery data treatment, collection, processing, TAR workflow and analysis, and production practices. He also enjoys leveraging newer technologies to aid his clients with privacy solutions and investigations on the blockchain.

Scott has worn many hats throughout his career and originally started as a certified public accountant (“CPA”). Scott grew to vice‐president of a Chicago‐based litigation support company responsible for sales, eDiscovery operations, overall business development, accounting, and finance. Prior to joining Redgrave Data, he served in senior management roles at data analytics and discovery solutions companies. He has managed many accounting, finance, and eDiscovery teams, in the USA and abroad, emphasizing auditing, analytics, and technology.

Scott attained his CPA before graduating from DePaul University in Chicago.
